Rejections · production-access denials · policy enforcement
Understand exactly why your app was rejected before you resubmit
For a rejected update, a "more testing required" production-access denial, or a policy enforcement action, this is a full written audit against the policy Google or Apple actually cited, plus an appeal-support brief you can use, and a resubmission plan.

- Full audit against the cited policyYour rejection, denial, or enforcement notice compared line by line with the actual policy text Apple or Google referenced.
- Written appeal-support briefFacts, citations, and a remediation log laid out so you (or whoever files the appeal) can present a clear, accurate case.
- Resubmission planWhat to fix, in what order, before you resubmit or reapply.
- One follow-up roundWritten follow-up on the brief and plan after you've had a chance to read them.
What we will not do
- We do not write appeals that misstate facts. The brief reflects what the evidence actually shows, even when that's inconvenient.
- We do not help evade enforcement. If the enforcement action is accurate, we'll tell you that instead of drafting a brief designed to talk around it.
- No outcome guarantee.Apple and Google decide appeals. We can't promise reinstatement or approval.
- Appeal deadlines are fixed by the store, not by us.Google Play account terminations since January 28, 2026 must be appealed within 180 days. If you're past that window, we'll tell you plainly.

Frequently asked
What counts as a "more testing required" denial?
A production-access application that Google rejected because your closed-testing cohort or tracking didn't satisfy their requirement. We audit what actually happened and what still needs to change.
How long do I have to appeal a Google Play account termination?
180 days from the termination, for terminations since January 28, 2026, per Google's own policy page linked above. Older terminations may fall outside that window entirely.
Can you guarantee my app gets reinstated or approved?
No. That decision belongs to Apple or Google. We can only make sure the facts, citations, and remediation are accurate and clearly presented.
What goes in the remediation log?
A dated record of what was wrong, what you changed, and what evidence supports the fix—useful both for the appeal and for avoiding the same issue again.
Do you file the appeal for me?
No. You (or your team) submit the appeal through the store's own channel. We write the brief you submit with.
What if my termination happened more than 180 days ago?
We'll tell you honestly if the standard appeal window has closed before you pay for a brief that may not be filable.
Not sure if this fits your situation? Describe what happened—the notice, the date, and the store—and we'll confirm scope before you send anything sensitive.
